How to convert kilograms, pounds and stone
One kilogram is about 2.20462 pounds, and one stone is exactly 14 pounds. So to turn kilograms into pounds you multiply by 2.20462, and to find stone you divide the pounds by 14 (the whole number is the stone, the remainder is the leftover pounds).
